* Working as a Scientist in the Biochemistry and Nutrition Division, Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin-682029 from 1999 onwards.
* Presently doing research on nutritional significance of PUFA, Chitin, Chitosan and Squalene in experimentally induced myocardial infarction and diabetes in rats.
* Having knowledge of operating GCMS, HPLC, AAS, Amino acid Analyzer, Electrophoresis, etc.
* Also having regular experience of analyzing pesticide residues, antibiotic residues, anabolic steroids and aflatoxin in biological samples.
